Mary Ann Cottle joined Shore Coaching in 2022 as the Executive Project Manager, partnering closely with the CEO to oversee many pieces of business operations—including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects—to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of company goals.

Mary Ann is a graduate from UGA’s Terry College of Business. She previously worked as an executive recruiter for the University of Georgia’s in-house search group and worked to bring top talent to the university. She has also worked extensively in customer service in the property management industry. She received her CDR certification in the fall of 2024.

Mary Ann is passionate about building relationships and working collaboratively with our coaches to move the company forward. She looks forward to helping individuals and leaders across different higher education institutions grow in their careers and reach their goals.
