I joined the Shore Coaching team in 2022 as the Executive Project Manager and I partner closely with our CEO to oversee many pieces of business operations, including planning, research, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of company goals. Prior to this, I worked as an executive recruiter for the University of Georgia’s in-house search group and worked to bring top talent to the university. I have extensive customer service experience from spending time in the property management industry.

I graduated from the Terry College of Business at UGA and am passionate about building relationships with all individuals and working collaboratively with our coaches to move the company forward. I also received my CDR certification in fall of 2024, which will allow me to better serve and understand our clients.

I am excited to begin my coaching journey with Shore. I look forward to helping individuals and leaders across different higher education institutions grow in their careers and reach their goals.
