Kiz Adams is a seasoned learning and development specialist who has spent over three decades at the University of Georgia, fostering a healthy, positive, and productive work environment among faculty, staff, and students. Recently retired from academia, Kiz brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of executive coaching.
Kiz is a proud “Double Dawg,” holding an undergraduate degree from UGA’s Henry W. Grady School of Journalism and a law degree from UGA School of Law. She is certified in People Skills and Navigating Conflict through the Effectiveness Institute, combining her legal background with a deep understanding of human dynamics. She holds additional certifications from Hogan Personality Assessments, Sherpa Executive Coaching, Real Balance Health and Wellness Coaching, and Koru Mindfulness and Meditation training.
