Kiz Adams is a seasoned learning and development specialist who has spent over three decades at the University of Georgia, fostering a healthy, positive, and productive work environment among faculty, staff, and students. A proud “Double Dawg,” Kiz holds an undergraduate degree from the UGA’s Henry W. Grady School of Journalism and a law degree from UGA School of Law. Recently retired from academia, Kiz brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of executive coaching.

Kiz’s coaching philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to thrive both professionally and personally. Combining guidance in leadership skills with a passion for holistic well-being, Kiz aims to unlock the full potential of her clients and guide them to sustainable success.
