Brian Bartlett

Brian Bartlett has spent the majority of his career as a U.S. Navy Officer, leading junior sailors in taking care of the day-to-day maintenance of aircrafts and junior and senior sailors in administration and operations. His career has been dedicated to building and leading teams in high crisis situations with no option of failure.

Brian served as the protocol officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, planning head of state social functions and leading tactical planning for no-fail Special Operations Missions. He was the Commanding Officer of a squadron of 400+ personnel and led the Operations Department of an aircraft carrier with over 100 sailors and was responsible for air operations, scheduling, and defense. He has also taught English in Japan and conducted countless military planning engagements across the globe in Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

Brian has seen first hand that inspiring leaders can ensure the success of others. He fully believes that by helping others grow and succeed people can reach their own greatest potential and enrich the lives of others.
