Brian Bartlett

My career has given me an opportunity to fulfill my passion of leading and developing people. I have spent the majority of my career as a US Navy officer leading sailors. I led junior sailors in taking care of the day-to-day maintenance of aircraft along with junior and senior sailors in administration and operations. I served as the protocol officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs planning head of state social functions and leading tactical planning for no-fail Special Operations missions. I had the opportunity to be a Commanding Officer of a squadron of 400+ personnel and lead the Operations Department of an aircraft carrier with over 100 sailors responsible for the air operations, scheduling, and defense of an aircraft carrier.

I've also had the opportunity to experience amazing cultures and people throughout my life.  After college I taught English in Japan and I've conducted countless military planning engagements across the globe in Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

My career has been dedicated to building and leading teams in high crisis situations with no option of failure. I have seen first hand that leading others can bring great personal and professional fulfillment. Inspiring leaders can ensure other's success. I fully believe that by helping others grow and succeed we can fulfill our own potential and enrich the lives of others.
