Angela Bryan, CMHC

Everything that has ever happened to us affects how we perceive, understand, and react to the world around us. It impacts how we step into a room or business, how we work on a team, how we lead and learn, how we connect with other people, and also how we view ourselves.    Understanding past events in our lives allows us to develop strategies to move forward. Trauma-focused coaching helps individuals and teams become aware of their patterns of interacting, identifies triggers, and assists in making sense of past experiences. As a result, individuals and teams grow in empathy and respect for one another, which creates felt safety. An emotionally safe work environment leads to an increase in productivity, creativity, physical, and mental health.

Humans are made for connection. We need to be seen and heard to reach our potential. It is my passion to come alongside people and organizations from around the world, and help them come together, find their voice, and move towards thriving. For the past 25 years I have coached, trained, and counseled employees across a variety of settings in trauma-informed care practices and intercultural, social emotional competencies. It is an honor to be invited to come alongside individuals and teams on their path to wellness and resilience. My work has taught me a great deal about how humans interact and how they can grow to enrich their professional and personal lives.
