Angela Bryan, CMHC

Angela Bryan has coached, trained, and counseled employees across a variety of settings in trauma-informed care practices and intercultural social-emotional competencies for the past twenty-five years. Her work has taught her a great deal about how humans interact and how they can grow to enrich their professional and personal lives.

Angela holds a BA in Intercultural Counseling, a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling, and a specialization in Behavioral & Neurosciences focused on Trauma. Fluent in English, Spanish, and German, she effectively connects with individuals from various backgrounds. As a certified Trauma-Informed Care Educator (TBRI®) and trained executive coach, she emphasizes the importance of psychological safety to enhance productivity and innovation in the workplace. Angela is also a certified mental health counselor and is certified in the CDR professional assessment.

Angela’s coaching helps individuals and teams recognize interaction patterns, resolve conflicts, and cultivate empathy, leading to high-level performance. She has coached executives internationally, focusing on developing leadership skills to foster attuned leadership and team success. Additionally, she created the Haven of Hope International (HOHI) Restoration of Hope-Trauma-Care Certification Program, training staff in trauma-informed de-escalation strategies, conflict resolution through Restorative Justice and Non-Violent Communication, and emotional regulation techniques.
