Professional Coaching for Intentional Leaders

Through connection, inspiring and equipping others to be and do their best.

You were meant for more.

Inspirational leaders don’t happen by accident. You have reached your current executive position because of your hard work and your expertise in your field, but were you ever taught how to lead? In too many organizations, opportunities to develop strong leadership skills are hard to come by. When all your time is claimed by fulfilling your regular duties, putting out fires, and balancing competing priorities, when do you find the time to develop your own leadership skills as well as those of the people who work with you?

Get personalized feedback on your areas of strength and growth.

Learn actionable strategies for how to reach your vision.

See yourself in a new way with the reflective power of coaching.

As you find opportunities to encourage others, you will also find encouragement for yourself.
— Dr. Holly Ward

It shouldn’t be so hard to lead.

Between attending meetings, solving never-ending issues, and meeting deadlines, it can feel like “your time” isn’t really yours. As a leader in your organization, you deserve dedicated time and space to plan, reflect, and train as a leader.

The tools exist.

Coaching allows you the space to grow the skills you need to lead and support your team.

Founded and led by Dr. Holly Ward, Shore Coaching has served over 1,000 clients for more than 20 years. Over 90% of all our clients come to us through personal referrals, which is the greatest compliment we could imagine.

“If you own your own business or have a high-stress position and are wanting to improve your performance, Shore Coaching will help.”

After the initial consultation, we will provide a personalized plan including areas of focus, personal and professional growth objectives, and an overview of the coaching process with flexible options for how to help you achieve them. Most coaching agreements are for 6-12 months minimum to achieve lasting impact.

  • Onboarding + Kickoff

For individual coaching, we’ll schedule your first coaching session and get into setting goals, creating action plans, and gathering feedback right away. All of this can be documented in client's coaching packet. For group coaching, we’ll first host an informational kickoff to explain the process and then afterwards group members will meet with their individual coaches.

  • Learn, Grow, Lead

Work with your coach to build awareness and stay accountable. Create time and space to focus on your long-term development. Cultivate the habits of a leader and break patterns that hinder your performance. Your coach will be accessible by email and phone, and can meet via Zoom or in person.

“Coaching done well may be the most effective intervention designed for human performance.”

— Atul Gawande
